I dont use a lot of bluetooth devices so not sure if this is common to all or just an issue with this speaker but if i have my bluetooth turned on my husband could not connect his phone to the speaker and vice versa

I gave 4 stars because sound does drop out every once and a while and had some pairing issues but it could have been my laptops fault
