Only good for a light small phone anything bigger or heavier and it wont hold it

If there cut outs in the clamps to allow the power and volume buttons to be free from the clamping it may work better this isnt really a problem my phone holds very steady even if i offset the clamps to the bottom side of the phone away from the buttons

Pros sides over wide enough for my samsung s6 even though it isnt listed in the phones this product is made for and the sides are also open which means they dont press on the power button on my phone so going over bumps it doesnt switch my phone off

Theres space for your charging lead to go into phone and thus works either horizontal or vertical on the swivel option

Not a bad holder and certainly worth the price with an iphone 7 resting on the bottom support the clamps press directly on the volume down button i raised my phone a little on the clamps to ensure this doesnt happen but i guess thats the danger of a generic holder
