Please be aware when plugging the usb cables in they will stick out of the hub which can cause an obstruction if your desk space is limited

Note that the power and data connection connections are on the opposite short ends of the device

It is important to note that the hub is not compatible with the apple usb superdrive cd and dvd drive connecting one produces an error message saying that the superdrive requires a powered connection and should be connected to one of the usb sockets on the imac
