Do not recommend wearing for a long period if your feet are prone to swelling in the heat i would have given it more stars of it had more cushion in the sole
However im going to have to give these 3 stars at best because on a hot summer day these sandals seem to absorb all the heat making them impossible to walk in hot beach sand or hot asphalt
