Thanks to meshforce and arya for responding so quickly and resolving my issue. After contacting customer service, it got solved in no time. But figured it out and was simple to use. That is all you can ask for.

Cons

It has a great design and very durable switch, but does not support gigabit 10/100/1000 like it says it does. Windows says the ethernet adapter cannot obtain a valid ip address. Pc says invalid ip address.

Simple plug and play for an affordable price.

The price is right, but it was a little louder than i expected.

The packaging was solid, so the poe box was not going to be banging around during shipping.

The feels sturdy and worked great out of the box.

Hooked some ubiquiti aps up to this switch.

Non-poe equipment work just fine along with serveral poe devices.

I have 300mbs internet and regularly download at near that speed on my xbox and pc.
