This does a remarkably good job for the size and price without sounding like a 747 on takeoff. It's not silent but at the top speed it's not at all distracting.
Great little deskfan, packs a big punch realitive for its size. Has 5 speeds and number 2 is cold. It rotates 360 degrees, so you can position it however you like.
