Pros

Great trusted company. Nothing to dislike. This size solves that problem and also gives extra width.

The mat is thick, which is great for practicing on hardwood floors. It is well cushioned and not slippery. The grippiness of this is fantastic!

This is the third mat i've tried and it's perfect. There is no odor, not even a hint when i first opened it. I'm an advanced yogi of 20 years of my practice and this mat replaced the one that i had for 20 years old and had holes in it from the use.

Cons

The mat is too slippery to even do downward dog. The chalk helps, but i don't see many (any) other people in my yoga studio needing to use chalk on their mats. Over priced, greasy mat.
