    Yoga pants and a shirt but you really have to work to stuff them in and when you change into your workout clothes and have to put your day outfit in it it can be kind of impossible

    My only complaint is that the front phone pocket hits my breastbone uncomfortably so its not usable for me i wish there were more easily accessible pockets for my phone and keys you really do have to take the pack off to get anything out
