Pros & Cons
Pros
Austor 192 piece sanding drum kit review. Case really comes in handy.
Cons
The sanding “drum” starts shredding after only a few seconds of use, and they always come apart at the glue joint. Most of the grit is still on the sandpaper. The austor, made in china, sanding drums delaminate after just afew seconds of work.
Read this and other reviews and be fore-warned. These are cheaply made, rip easily and are not consistent in size. The tolerances are dog poop.
Highlights
Quality
Great assortment, different sizes, easy to use, and great quality.
This package works great and they will last a long time.
The abrasive is well bonded to the drum.
They last about as long as any of the others i have bought but i like that there is 3 sizes with some of the crafting i do that's great
Price
The price is amazing for the amount of pieces you get.
I love the price for so many of them.
75 cents each where as this product is .
Much cheaper than buying smaller pack at a time.
Packaging/appearance
The case really comes in handy and the sanding drums come in separate packages that are labeled to make it easy to identify.
Competitiveness
These are all the exact same as dremel brand.
They work just as well as the name brand.
And these hold up better than dremel brand and you get a lotttt mooorrree than dremel sales for the same price.
Yes these may not be as good as dremel brand sanding drums, but at my local hardware the dremel brand cost roughly .
