The 30 ft roll i have bends when needed but is very rigid in that it does not bend what pushing into a breadboard

Or throwing fire at you have to keep in mind that if something in your breadboard experiment goes wrong and causes excess heat you might have melted wire insulation all over your beloved breadboard and even down into the contacts
