Pros

After a few sequential steps, it hones in on what on narrow ranges of problems quite impressively. A worthwhile investment.

This scanner is much faster than the ms509. Was able to read codes and diagnose repairs to save money. Not the one that has the battery test built in but you will be able to perform the start and charging system check.

I've seen and work with better quality odb2 analyzers, but you can't beat this one for the price.

The i/m readiness is very easy to look as the picture of the product.

It doesn't communicate with the odd vehicle.

I disliked that there was no user manual with the unit.

I have other autel scan tools but this one tops them all (the handheld ones).

I've always found autel scan tools to look and feel pretty solid, and this one is no exception.

Before i bought this autel 539, i got the innova 3040d.

As i was searching, there are two versions of the autel 539.
