Autel scan tool does not connect to my vehicle. Can't update product even though there is an update available.

Ok, actually, this product is semi-useless. Very seldom do really save any money any more. Many others online list the same codes from same product. Please do not buy for toyota hiace.

The manual (pdf) has no mention of the message. Does not cover lots of parameters. You know what they say about assuming.
