Tried reinstalling the software, no use. The error code is 47. This very common truck is not in their reader and i have to update it.

This also reads/deletes abs braking system issues.

There is an srs brain module + multiple sensors, plugs, etc and the al619 pointed me right to where the issue was.

Price

It was easy to go online and register the unit and get it set up it is a great value for the price.

The included memory card is also a huge benefit and saves you a few more dollars on top.

For $99, the scanner paid for itself.

Paid $99 for the scanner and found out the error was low voltage on 12 volt battery.

Their rep, vanessa, was prompt and efficient in handling my inquiries and she followed up after my purchase to ensure all was ok.

The al619 also quickly "read" our crossfire information and it was good to know there were no "permanent" codes there.

Also came with a cool embroidered case!
