Pros

Works well on 2001 f150 and 2020 honda crv. Will read all computer modules from the car. My only issue is the description makes it sould like abs,transmission, etc are availiable for all vehicles.

Was easy to set-up on both mac/pc. Was able to set -up without taking out sd card. The initial setup takes some time, so plan this before you get to really use it.

Almost all codes stayed cleared. Has other useful features that i will need in the future (epb reset) all of them fill a need and some can do far beyond what this scanner can do.

Cons

No mention of needing to update device or download software in quick reference or in manual. It also costs 10$ for each vehicle you want to download.

Autel website is an atrocity. Very difficult to install.

The tool claims it is able to do this for odb ii vehicles which the 96 neon is. After connecting and selecting chrysler it says it's unable to determine the model. After that it says i may need the chrysler (ccd) adapter.

I'll admit, i thought this was a universal scanner that was good for basically and obdii automobile i wanted to scan.
