Pros

Looks like well sealed case and capable for outside or post mount. Bottom entry and robust conduit port which was removable. Well worth the price.

After contacting autel directly, i was provided with exceptional after sales support and within a few minutes of troubleshooting a replacement unit was shipped out. That is what i call surper customer service. Autel knows if the issue and says others ... Read More

App works well, the app gives all needed information and has good functionality. It connects smoothly via wifi. Wifi is a phenomal feature and the app is excellent.

Cons

A return of the charger and replacement with another brand means that you are still stuck with a big electrician's bill for reinstallation and safety certification. Elle était malheureusement défectueuse. And don't have a level 2 charger for our ev.

Price

Got this for a very good price during black friday sale.

I got it for a little more than 600$ and at this price i highly recommend it.

Then came the black friday sale at 531$ cad versus 759$.

So you have to put in an average price.

Shipping

The answer was quick and they told me that is was possible that some unit sold from amazon may not have the new cable.

After a few back and forth email's, a replacement unit was shipped out to me with a partial refund for electrician costs to swap it out.

Packaging/appearance

I just love how nice the packaging is and everything is well organized in the box!

Just got the christmas limited edition car charging station, and i'm loving the white and green festive look!

Once i got the box i saw a extra label with autel home smart elec, 25 ft cable new.

Competitiveness

Second, autel claims that you can grant/restrict access for other users with the app.

It charges good and it’s cheaper than some competitor products.

The reviewer did a followup with autel and they listen to him and a new cable more flexible has replace the old one.
