Software integration is very good. App has very useful features. Wifi is a phenomal feature and the app is excellent. It connects smoothly via wifi.

This autel charger is csa, fully capable and a bargain. My new kia niro wave 2024 is on order since oct 13. Great ev charger, only frustration is they do not tell you up front it must be on 2.

Highly recommend this charger. Would absolutely recommend. Got this for a very good price during black friday sale. Great feature set.

So now going into my 3 month of using my charger but since day 1 the history and remote access has failed to work as advertised.

Got this for a very good price during black friday sale.

I waited for the charger to be on sale and i got a great deal.

Then came the black friday sale at 531$ cad versus 759$.

So you have to put in an average price.

Shipping

The answer was quick and they told me that is was possible that some unit sold from amazon may not have the new cable.

After a few back and forth email's, a replacement unit was shipped out to me with a partial refund for electrician costs to swap it out.

Packaging/appearance

Just got the christmas limited edition car charging station, and i'm loving the white and green festive look!

Once i got the box i saw a extra label with autel home smart elec, 25 ft cable new.
