Pros
The autel home smart electric vehicle (ev) charger is a top-of-the-line level 2 ev charger. Connectivity by wi-fi, bluetooth and ethernet enable immediate ota firmware updates. The smartphone app is also very intuitive and easy to set up and use.
Instructions are among the clearest and best i have seen. Installation took about 20 minutes for me. Instructions are clear and concise. Easy fast install for my chevy bolt.
The cord is long and gives you 25 feet. The cable is super long and reaches all the way from the front of the garage, around to the rear passenger side charging port. The 25-foot cable allows for easy and convenient charging.
The only thing i am not sure of at this point is longevity. I know they are the wave of the future and agree with that, but in the meantime i am just beginning to climb the learning curve. Satisfied with the charger so far.
Cons
Autel support is awful. Troubleshooting was blamed on everything but the eventual unit failure. The power plug lock is too flimsy and broke off of its own weight.

Price
My end cost is $135 which is a damn good deal for level 2 charging.
I paid $450 for the charger and my state will give me a $250 rebate.
You can keep track of your monthly cost by putting your kwh rate in.
Utility company gave me a $400 bill credit for the install, which completely covered the permit for the work.
Shipping
They promptly sent a replacement that i swapped out and i have no issues with the replacement.
Charger came on time and in great condition.
They said they would send me a new one as soon as they get confirmation that ups received the unit for shipping.
True to their word, i received the new unit in 2 days.
Competitiveness
Heavily discounted over many of the competitors and i noticed autel runs random several hour sales sometimes daily in the afternoon.

Occasionally it reports a ground fault and stops charging though i cant locate any loose connections anywhere in the unit or panel
