For the cost (less than one diagnostic plug in at the garage) this thing is exceptional.
I read about it on a forum after wanting to make my own spare, i was looking at £250 if i went via a dealer/timpsons.
Just a bit of a bummer, you get one free manufacturer and have to pay for any additional ones.

I bought this when i bought a land rover discovery 3 as they are known to ping up a fault code or two from time to time and i did not want to pay mechanic rates to check these on a regular basis

There are many far more expensive diagnostic tools out there that cost hundreds which can do the job for the price i was very sceptical about this little tool
