It’s well made and came securely packed. Fit and finish are very nice, compared to other brands we checked out before deciding on the autel. It has a rubberized finish which i'm hoping doesn't turn into goop.
Wi-fi, bluetooth, and ethernet connectivity options ensure automatic ota (over-the-air) firmware updates. Autel app for ios is good, but has a few ui glitches. Works from wi-fi or bluetooth. No problems with the app or connectivity.

Autel makes this charger available in several amp ratings. The amperage can be adjusted either in the app or in the unit after a good amount of screws are removed probably for safety.
Autel wall mount charger takes up a small amount of wall space for charger and holster. The separate holster is great! The 25 foot cable gives us plenty of room to either pull the ev in or back in.
Cons

The look is super nice, the quality of the material is excellent.
Quality is excellent and great smart features including turn it on and off from your phone schedule charging.
Unfortunately, support does not seem to know about the more technical aspects of the product.
That the charger included with the vehicle didn't do.

They may be able to supple enough power for 50 amps as well but the cost goes up considerably.

The number one reason i bought the autel maxicharger was its ability to lock/unlock using an rfid card.
Competitiveness
This charger is so much faster at charging than our 110v charger.
Of course, it helped that i already had the correct 220v nema 14-50 outlet installed in the garage.

It’s actually pretty easy if your mechanical but you have to follow code and most areas you’ll need to get it inspected and signed off by the city or county
