Pros
Autel home electric vehicle charger is an outstanding product. It delivers a consistent and reliable charging experience. Its charging app is quite decent. The charger is easy to install and comes with everything you need.
Autel has a range of ev charger products. Rebate for installing this. Fast level 2 charger.
Easy install and app setup. Autel app is reliable, solid and very responsive. The software is generally good, with a few less than friendly features in the setup.
Amateur electrician installed in 2 hours, setup was easy, everything works as a charm. Got the hardwired version to not have to deal with installing 3 or 4 prong 240 volt outlet in my garage.
Cons
The manual is poor and the link to qr code for use of the charger is very limited. Ended up paying our electrician to install a tesla charger. Don’t waste your money with the autel charger.
Not everything is as it appears nor advertised. The overall flow looks like it was thrown together by different engineering teams. Now everything is different and they are saying what's in the written instructions is different.

I bought this at the last prime day sale, total was about 300.
I got a great deal on this charger during a sale on amazon, but even without the deal, i would recommend this charger.

Unfortunately they sent the incorrect charger, they corrected that by sending me the correct one.

E neutral andor ground wire there is not an explanation for not being able to connect both

I also bought the 34vevor electrical enclosure 16 x 12 x 6 in ul certified nema 4 outdoor enclosure34 which has a lock and a bottom opening to secure it
