The unit is very sturdy and simple to install. Well built with premium materials and thick wiring. Unit looks sharp and easy to use.
Autel mobile app is amazing with all the features you want, such as scheduled charging, tiered cost/pricing setup, notifications. The only other downside is that it does not integrate with home assistant. With update if needed!

The charger is hardwired. If you're not sure, definitely have a certified electrician hook it up.

Cons
The cord is very stiff and hard to store. Support keeps saying it is fixed but it is not. No eta on fix.

This is my first level 2 charger so i have no other comparison point.
But our car charges so much faster than our neighbors with tesla level 2 chargers.

Most smartapp enabled chargers i have used have had a major flaw where once a charging session has ended you have to physically unplug and plug the charger back to start a new charging session

This is a big issue for bevs that has the ability to use mains power to do preconditioning while plugged into a charger

The only criticism is that the cable is quite stiff and heavy although an inevitable consequence of being rated to take up to 50a of current
