Pros
While i find the user interface (two membrane *) a little too oversimplified, it is easy to use and navigate. Easy to use, easy to diagnose/clear code easily.
Great scanner and easy to use. Very robust for the price point. Cheap enough to loan to friends without too much stress worrying about it.
Cons
Was unable to program a new car battery on a 2011 audi q7. Did not like that screen data is broken up and does not give a clear view.

Price
Good value, you may need some car knowledge to make it woking good.
One thing to watch is that you should only buy this unit when it's on sale.
Plus it's cheap enough to loan to friends without too much stress worrying about it.
Competitiveness
The regular price is too much and there are more feature filled units even in autel's own line up available at this price.
Unless you are going to buy a $5000 tool, this is the next best thing.

The only reason it does not get a 5 star review is that i spent considerable amount of time online trying to figure out if it would do certain things for my 2016 gm truck

Kind of frustrating but considering the tons of different vehicles out there and that it was a weekend when i was trying to do all this i guess it is not unexpected

Plus no licensing nonsense means you can use it on as many cars as you want

It can erase dtcs and clear your mil light too so its worth it just for that
