Pros

Autel allows you to do a lot on your vehicle as far as getting info and resetting codes. Don't waste your money everytime by going to mechanic. Has many features plus now saves me time from running to the parts store to get it reset by them.

Cons

Customer service for autel is a total freaking joke! Please return the tool to amazon and purchase through one of our authorized vendors, link. If not allowed i'm finished with amazon.

It seams to download but always get an error message that the download can't be processed. It displays pending codes however. Naturally, the manual (pdf) has no mention of the message.

This is scanner is old stock--which is probably why it's so cheap. Autel knock-offs, like harbor freight's cen-tech equivalent scanner, have the same problems.
