Pros & Cons
Pros
Has the extra ability to show codes on the abs/srs in addition to the obd ii codes. Like the other aurelio products i have, this abs scanner is very straightforward.
This scanner is great for someone that has some experience as a mechanic. Great for taking to auctions to scan vehicles before buying. Good scanner for the price.
Bought this for my nissan altima 2014 and nissan sentra 2009. Used this to clear permanent srs codes on my 08 eclipse from keying the car on with the seats removed for cleaning. My college kid drives an 08 sonata that had the dreaded airbag light.
Cons
Do not buy this obsolete *. This is far from plug and play for all of its advertised capabilities and about as useful as a brick. Its basically just obd2 with a fancy screen.
Right front seat belt buckle pre-tensioner harness is open or shorted. Can't work srs check with 2015 jeep renegade and also 2010 honda element. Will not read anything related to the hybrid battery.
Tried downloading the program onto my computer per the manual. Tried every option and nothing was supported, can’t see the codes.

Apparently, two impact sensors did not respond one of the times i turned the engine on and these faults are latching (will not ... Read More
Price
I'm pleasantly surprised at how capable this is for the price
This scanner saved me hundreds of dollars and countless hours of dealership waiting room disappointment worth every penny.
Also just for kicks, i called my local dealer to get a quote and was told that i would have to pay a $99 fee just for them to t... Read More
My local dealership charges $200 to read the codes and another $600 to reset it.
Shipping
The unit i received shipped with a version 1.
I did go online and update it which was a little confusing but i got it done and was able to use it pretty quickly.
Packaging/appearance
I was able to take it out of the box, hook it up, read the fault code, trouble shoot the problem, and clear the fault code.
