I assumed it was the solenoid itself so i ordered it for over 240

Put it back together and just before connecting plugs i noticed one of the connector pins was bent down which was causing it to not make contact

Code stated electrical and thats exactly what it was not solenoid itself

It also comes with a case but unfortunately you cannot stick the reader with cable attached in the case you have to unscrew the cable first
