Pros
Easy to use, clear instructions. Comes pre-installed with info up to 2017. Only downside is that the autel website is a little clunky.

Packaging/appearance
The package itself is very good - i appreciate that it comes with a carry pouch which keeps everything (scanner and cables) together.
Competitiveness
I'm pleased that it enabled me to diagnose and fix my problem but i could have probably done that with a cheaper tool from the autel range.

Does only have a years worth of updates included for free and the product registration is a bit clunky but good overall

The airbag light came on and stayed on in my mitsubishi colt and i checked over everything i could but found out later that even with the fault fixed the light will not go out until the code is cleared

The scanner was perfect auto detected the makemodel of the car found the fault cleared the code and the light now works as normal on for 10 or so seconds when starting up the car then goes out

It doesnt necessarily support every vehicle as you would expect due to the low price point but it has a good coverage
