Pros

Came professionally packaged and protected. Asked the seller a question and got a prompt response.

Programmed keys for toyota camry 2006. Tells you which tire sensor is bad w/ reset bottom. Only quibble so far is that a couple hot functions didn't work on an 05 civic.

Best diagnostic tool for the money. Communicated with my cars and computer and showed me lots of data. Just used it to diagnose an airmatic air strut problem on a cls550.

Well designed, functional and ruggedly built. Snap-on is a good brand but overpriced for minimal equipment. Headphones are great too. The unit came well packed, it works amazing.

Cons

The updates are included only for 1 year and then are $495 per year after that! This just seems ridiculous to me that they won't even do bug fixes (and there seem to be plenty of bugs to fix) without this exorbitant fee. When trying to interpret what ... Read More

I have been using it for a couple of months and it helped me figure out engine codes, key programming, clear codes, live data, etc.

I did update to a 4 star rating because the product looks to be well made and didn’t have any software crashes.

On window screen menu, it has tps menu for tires and tells you which tire sensor is bad w/ reset bottom.

Bad part of these scan tools is you must keep the subscription in order to complete most of the service functions.

Price

This is a very good scanner for the price .

This product offered great service for a good value.

One year of updates are included but every year it's $125.

Each visit for key fob, trans relearn, etc can cost $100-$250.

Shipping

I gave autel-usa a quick call and they were extremely helpful and sent me a replacement cable right away,which showed up two days later.

I called to check status thinking it'd be another week and found out it was being delivered that day.

They recieved my scanner , fixed it with no arguing or fighting and had it back to me within 5 days.

It did arrive late but amazon credited me a gift card.
