Pros & Cons
Pros
Good product in functionality and quality. Succeeds where others fail. Nothing negative to say about it or the seller.
Cons
Customer support is non existent. Don't be fooled. The links are dead and the page times out. I think they purposely do this so that you are forced to purchase updates after the free update expires.
Highlights
Quality
If you need a lower cost scanner with the basic functions this one works well.
I bought this because a friend's daughter has a volvo with the abs light on.
After talking with the autel tech hotline and informed me that there are two different versions for this scanner.
I highly recommend purchasing the autel md802, it's only a little more than it's 700 series brother and worth every penny.
Price
Simple to use at a good price.
Competitiveness
A nice plastic carrying case was included as well as a mini-usb cable for powering up the unit when plugged into the computer.
Right out of the box it diagnosed my f-150 and a bmw 530i check engine light.
The volvo dealer wanted $100 just to read the code.
Also some places are not resellers for autel so be leary that your dealing with a autel reseller.

My battery died on my porsche cayman and this left an airbag light on the dash which did not clear when i replaced the battery and drove the car

After doing research on google the reason the light stays on is a safety issue where automakers do not want a used car sold that does not have a function airbag system

The thought is that when the airbag light is on the owner would go to a mechanic or dealer to have it inspected and reset
