Everything packaged as expected and arrived when promised. Best scanner on the market. No complaint from my foreman shop.
This is a professional diagnostic tool that can be easily navigated by a beginner. Replaces several factory scan tools and for a lot less money.

Cons
Vin reader is intermittent. After subscription a tool bought for thousands of dollars is useless unless you buy another subscription. That fact that you have to pay so much for renewals is a deal breaker.
This is the third autel tool i overpaid for only to find out it didn't do almost any of what it's advertised to. Totally falsely advertised just like the rest of the autel products!

Overall a great product for a great price.
I’m so glad i went for the pro ii with the same price!
The subscription does go on sale occasionally and it is a good idea to get it when on sale as it is quite expensive.
