Pros

Works well and the customer service is very responsive. Nice form fitting case and sound like nice people to deal with.

Great programmer has alot of features and covers alot of makes and models. Have a little issue with the light on when the vehicle is parked. I lose everything so the functionality in it all is super great.

Cons

The autel website and maxitpms websites are hot messes. Once you figure out you need the maxi pc suite, download it and try to install it, the install fails.
