I attempted to reset it with a global scanner it would not reset

That’s the most important thing you should do is find out if your car is able to be scanned properly by the scanner all modules that you’re buying

It’s deserving 5 stars but if you will use so often it’s too slow and complicated

It also comes with a case but unfortunately you cannot stick the reader with cable attached in the case you have to unscrew the cable first

Works ok but a little slow it is not up to date on some cars it shows no updates when you link it to updates not as good as i expected
