Pros

It does the job so far as i'm a tech for bobcat. The first one sort of got slammed in a hood. Use in auto shoppe.

Autel is a respected brand. And very affordable and comes with it’s one case. The cabling is nice as well.

The voltage tester is designed with a compact screen. It’s portable and can hook right up to the car battery to use. It is easy to use if you have a basic understanding of automotive electricity.

Only suggestion is i wish it felt more durable, thicker plastic but it's thick enough just not the power probe feel. This does what a power probe does and more and is more affordable.

Cons

Sometimes the digits itself blanks off, then i need to disconnect the power source and reconnect to correct that. Problem with this unit, is that you cannot test while switching live. It's very frustrating.

Also the autel can use a pp3 tips or extensions, although the extensions do not quite fit perfectly.

For the price you can't beat it.

A new pp3 is almost twice the price, so i shopped around.

This is a autel copy of a power probe, it works well at a much better price.

Found this autel (i use an autel scanner daily) so i ordered this.

Thanks to autel, pricing on these types of 'specialty' items has become attainable for average joes like me.

The attached cord is 20ft long with another 20ft extension included.
