Pros

The camera delivers excellent results. The camera is fantastic and i can use the jpegs right out of camera.

The capabilities are beyond other drones that i have flown. The 360 degree obstacle avoidance makes it a pleasure to fly. It is always required to get authorization to legally fly in these areas.

Amazing product and i am definitely a fan and supporter. This one has me in awe. Time is of the essence.

This drone is just as good as dji and surpasses the mavic 2 pro in photo detail. I wish that autel had many more intelligent flight modes that matched or exceed dji.

Cons

Autel support is horrid! The cushioning in the hard case is a bit torn on the side (pinched) the icing on the cake is the accidental warranty. Called amazon support a week ago, still no refund.

This drone drifts bad at a hover. The controller is badly dated, and falls short of other brands.

Image quality and ability in post production is not a competition agisnt dji.

I reached out to autel customer service and evan applegate responded in record time sending out the missing cables.
