I give this a 10/10 for a hobbyist/human who doesn’t want to pay to tow his suv to a dealership. Used this product for my 2013 maserati granturismo. Used to diagnose major problems on a volvo xc90.

Cons

They diagnose that plug in doesn't have bluetooth support. Use old scanner. Won't read vin.
