Yeah, it is a bit more pricy, but it works! Their support is exceptional, way better than spytec.
The camera comes with a usb cable to transfer data from the card to your computer. Several 3m stickers to stick the power cable to your dashboard if you decide not to pass it inside the dashboard. Easy to setup.
Playback is very clear, as is the audio. Sound is recorded crisp and clear. No audio or video delay.
Cons

The 32gb memory card it came with flaked out. It takes some times upwards of 5 min for the camera to turn on when driving. You have to manually turn it on.

Video quality is pretty decent both day and night.
Packaging/appearance
I ordered and installed the dashcam without issue.
After realizing the orignal was defective, they quickly arranged to send a replacement.
Competitiveness
It's still working great and hasn't crashed on me yet unlike a cheapy did.
If you plan to hard-wire this into your car, i recommend the autovox dash cam hard-wire kit.
I won't touch spytec products due to their poor customer service and lapse in warranty for defects when it comes to issuing refunds.
I have tried multiple dashcams in the past and i beginning to wonder if there were any on amazon that were decent and fair priced.

Was fine until about 6 months in the camera would randomly shutoff in the middle of recording aka while i was still driving

I had expected it to be the same as the other b40c cameras which had the 1260p function which as i understand isnt the best anyhow but still considered an older unit by dash camera standards
