Pros

The camera is easy to adjust. Easy to hookup to power. The power cable has one usb slot on it so you still have some flexibility for charging if you only have one lighter receptacle.

The customer service is top notch. The high recommendations are well merited. A good recommendation is a good recommendation.

The night vision is adequate, especially since i installed brighter led backup lights. The image sharpness is also adequate to avoid people and objects.

I have a 2010 scion xb and was intent on using the unit in the license plate frame as the instructions detailed. Installed in about 30min on an 08 dodge ram 1500 mega cab. Installed on my 2002 silverado.

Cons

The image quality is mediocre at best kinda grainy. The daytime mage is acceptable, but in an unlit setting at night. The picture quality is nes 8bit at best.

I would highly recommend it at this price point especially with the great support.

Look for a discount on a prime day.

Overall for the money it is a good purchase and i would recommend it to anyone that doesn't have a backup camera on their vehicle.

Contacted customer service and they sent a new camera without hassle and they checked back to make certain everything was fine.

Gigi was very friendly, efficient, and thorough in getting me quickly and safely back on the road.

I contacted the company via their support email and immediately the company shipped me a new suction cup mount!

Within a few days, i received a new camera.

Packaging/appearance
