Customer service is awesome too. The packaging is amazing. Overall a great camera.
Video playback is very easy to access. Night recording is very clear as well. Dash cam mirror works and is recording.
Took about 3-4 hours to install on my 2011 mitsubishi lancer es. The mirror on the x2 is better than the one from that comes with my mazda. From the box material to the actual wires. Hard wiring would be difficult but doable.

I love how they have a gps. Low time delay allows me to watch real time traffic on the screen. Another function is it syncs system clock with super accurate satellite time. Night vision makes parking so much safer and easier after dark.

I think i’m ordering another one for my ford as i couldn’t be happier with the product.
The fit of the dashcam was quite perfect on my rear view mirror and the quality of the front as well as the back cameras are very clear.
Had a problem with the rear camera and it was replaced within a week.
Just make sure to get a good quality sd card such as samsung or sandisk because i had trouble with those cheap ones from ebay.

Competitiveness
This was the most expensive dashcam that i have ever bought and i am glad to say that i have made the right choice.
One problem is my first one that i had it on my wife's car for 6 months just not turning on anymore.

Does have rubber hook for hooking to your rear view mirror and does wear and stretch which causes it to vibrate too much when driving

The power supply usb plug could be in another location to simplify the insertion and removal of the sd card

Either that relocation or the usb cable instead of a 90 degrees left elbow be either straight or a 90 degrees right elbow

I could definitely see it taking an entire day for someone whos never done electrical work or knows how to troubleshoot which wires are which with a multimeter
