Pros
This dispenser works great. It makes it extremely easy for my aunt to be reminded to take her meds and the right ones.
Cons
The directions to set up the machine are incomplete and leave you wondering if you did it correctly. Just gave an err on the display when it was supposed to dispense.

This is good quality and size as well.
It has very clear and easy to read lcd display.
Despite what someone said, the tablets can not get mixed up on inverting, etc.
I wish that the door would not open after the alarm quit to make sure meds were not taken too close to each other.
Price
I found the price a little expensive though.
