I have the front brakes disassembled on van and go to get my front rotors out of box. The part number on the rotor box says jbr990. Autospecialty have no customer service as far as i can tell, so good luck exercising any warranty.

I figured correctly as the front left outer pad was down to the metal plate at one corner of the pad

I should have gone through the disassembly process front and back before ordering as i would have only replaced the fronts
