Cons

After contacting company for replacement, no response from them after initial acknowledgement. Contigo customer service is absolutely useless.

Water is dripping from all the sides and can not close the lid securely too. A straw too long makes it very difficult, impossible to comfortably drink out of, if you can drink at all!

The last time i bought one of these the straw was attached and * into the lid. This one does not and has an o ring instead that constantly falls out. It is nearly impossible to get back on correctly which means my bottle now leaks when it tips over.

The ones with the folded down straw seem dirty snd leaky. It also leaks through the button for some reason so that's nice.

Love it's sturdiness, easy grip and easy to use.

It creates too much suction and makes it difficult and noisy to drink out of.

The fix: poke a tiny hole in the black plug and the problem goes away while maintaining the leakproof feature.

Price

I still like it because it’s 32oz, inexpensive, stylish, auto lid, and easy to carry.
