Pros

Avalon organics nourishing lavender glycerin hand soap is less drying than an antibacterial soap. Genuine lavender, not fake perfume smell.

Cleans well, clean scent and easy to build a lather/foam. Scent is like a spa. Packaged well, smells nice-not over powering and works well.

It helps get rid of the onion and garlic smell after chopping. Not drying, effectively cleansing. It seems to coagulate easily.

It has no paraben or harsh sulfates. It has aloe, lime oil and flower extracts. Known for their moisturizing & natural antibacterial properties.

Cons

The smell is so un-enticing. It has very little scent. Oh, and the kicker is amazon charges a much higher price!

The soap seems to be much thinner, runny and watery in consistency. The pump nozzle tends to skim over and partially clog. The slimy gel texture feels unpleasant on your hands, is not moisturizing, and doesn't lather well.

I do find the scent to be a bit too strong - if it was maybe, say, 10-20% less fragrant this would be an ideal product.

The only reason i gave it a 4 star is its high price.

Shipping

I love this product and it was fast shipping.

Only once had shipping issue w soap leaking, more than half lost.

Packaging/appearance

Have repurchased several times and like the larger bottles to refill and reuse the bottles.

The packaging leaves something to be desired.
