Pros
This reduces the chance of breakage. It just feels healthier.
I have a couple bald spots from stressing out all the time and i see tiny hair growing in! My hair feels soft and looks shiny. Comb gently with a wide tooth comb. Softens my hair.
This shampoo is amazing! It makes my scalp squeaky clean so you definitely need to use a conditioner to avoid tangles out of the shower. Smell is great, hair has quit falling out, scalp never irritated and don't need conditioner.
Cons
The pump on the shampoo bottle is broken. There is no way to dispense the product easily or safely in the container it is sold in. It also wastes some product exchanging the pumps. This shampoo is horrible.
I have dandruff and patches where it's thick and very itchy. It feels like it strips all moisture from your hair. It leaves our our oily feeling and doesn't look clean.
The conditioner does nothing to replenish. This product is definitely not scalp friendly.

Using it 2 weeks washing wednesdays and saturdays and my dry itchy scalp is gone hair looks darker and shiner.
