Pros
It’s pricy but worth the buy. Reasonably priced as well.
Nice facial cleanser. I get my face damp, then use one full pump of cleanser to massage all over my face.
This product leaves skin feeling moisturized. It doesn’t dry my skin out at all, it leaves it feeling hydrated.
It's gentle and non-drying. Cleans and rinses well. Easy to wash off and no greasy feeling.
Cons
It needs to be sent in a box surrounded with bubble wrap, not in an unprotected envelope. I have normal to dry skin and have never had any cleanser irritate my skin like this cleanser did.

Doesn’t really get rid of wrinkles, but my face is clear since using this product.
But, since i'm 65 and there's not much chance of me getting rid of all my wrinkles, i won't hold it against this product.

Took a while to receive it but the price and product results worth it
Shipping
I'd suggest not shipping in a bubble envelope instead, use a box.
Packaging/appearance
The packaging and formula was changed a few years ago and i was worried that it wouldn't be the same but it's still great.
