It has now been a month later and i have received no communication.
I contacted avapow customer service via email and provided my order number and reference the 2 year warranty on the product.
Update: the company contacted me and sent a free replacement due to the first one failing, even though it had been a while.

I have not used the charger to jump my car yet so cannot speak to function and will update when i can but there are two things that are not looking great so far

The front display of the battery is very scratched up in one spot which makes me feel like it has been used before and am hoping its lifetime is not reduced

The other thing i noticed is that the clamps except for the metal teeth that attach to the battery are all plastic and cheap looking plastic at that though for the price i suppose that is to be expected
