Pros

It cleanses very gently, and i've always loved the floral smell - which isn't overpowering.

The blue cancels out yellow, which sometimes gray/silver hair has a yellow hue. Many compliments on my 'gray' hair.

This product gets the yellow out and actually makes my hair shine. Used on and off for decades to also maintain my highlighted hair. It helps keep the yellow streak at bay and leaves hair feeling soft.

Cons

It's ridiculous to pay 30$ for this giant bottle of shampoo. Very unfortunate to have to spend that kind of money and be disappointed.

The consistency is thin and watery. The conditioner is not very conditioning. It does nothing, which i'm not super surprised about because i know it can be hit or miss, but i don't get any benefit from it at all.

I have used this shampoo / conditioner for years when i have gone platinum to reduce the brassiness & orange tones.

Screw top was loose and all over the packaging

It does seem to tone down the brassiness/ orange in my hair but the scent leaves something to be desired.

Over the years i have tried every shampoo and hair texturizing product out there.

My hair is white and i wanted something to help prevent any potential brassiness.
