Pros

This product cleanses hair well and is very mild at the same time. This aveda product is wonderful for colored hair. It's cleanses so it brightens and brings out my blond streaks.

Leaves hair smelling good, shiny and with good body. It also smells awesome. Oh, the minty smell is also quite strong, but i find it very pleasant. It's very invigorating!

Clarifying/purifying shampoos work the best. Love this shampoo.

Cons

Rosemary mint purifying shampoo is a little disappointing. Same company, same scent - seems diluted down in the home version.

Feels like a bait and switch. Creating an unhappy customer here. Amazon needs to remove this seller.

I thought my package didn’t get delivered and contacted the seller.

Packaging/appearance

They were super patient with me and very friendly and very forgiving when i realized i did get my package.

Comes in a bottle that says "not for retail sale", but looks like it's a real aveda product.

The top of mine was sealed and the entire bottle was wrapped.

Packing and shipping should bag shampoo, especially such a large bottle as 34 ounces.

Competitiveness

Please watch out there are another store that is pretending to be aveda, and it isn't it ruined my hair, it is not the real aveda.

It's a bit expensive comparing to other similar product, but definitely worth the value.
