This fits the bill nicely. It exceeds my expectations.
Within 30-60 seconds, my hands feel soft and supple. I can touch things without leaving greasy fingerprints. It's feels amazing and the scent is so good. I also like that it is truly fragrance free.
Cons
The product is not a cream. There was no safety seal, the bottle is over 1/8th empty (see pic). This cream is not great. The entire thing only weighs 4.
