Packaging/appearance
Love this moisturizing body wash and the reduced-plastic packaging.
Body wash is wonderful for sensitive skin, but the packaging in which it was transported left something to be desired.
It's a real aveeno product with a sustainable packaging.
Competitiveness
Although there's still a slight dryness after use, it's much better than other products i've tried.
However, i noticed that the refill packages are more expensive than the main product, which doesn't make much sense to me.
