Pros
Cleans well and lathers nicely. Works well for my 2c curls. No frizz either. That ensures that your ends will look nice.
Scent is calm and comforting. Isn't drying like most fragrance-free products.
This shampoo is gentle and other shampoos caused my head to itch.
Cons
Shampoo contains sulfonate, a sulfate. Still itchy and flaking several days later and after washing with my normal product. Not recommended for thin, straight hair in the winter.
