Pros
I have very sensitive skin and i'm ocd, so i wash my hands many, many times a day. Less than 24 hours later, my hands are almost completely healed. It's not greasy even though it’s thick. Takes away that crocodile skin!
The smell is fantastic and very calming. The lavender scent is subtle and doesn't bother my sensitive skin. This lotion is much deeper and intense than the one that doesn't have ylang ylang. It is soft and creamy, beautifully scented.
Cons
Aveeno changes their lavender scent and this is headache inducing. It doesn't moisturize at all. The perfume in the lotion is irritant to my skin causing more damage.
The pump stops pumping when there is 1/3 of the lotion left in the bottle. Sent it back to get a refund. Warning, this is not returnable.

Used aveeno skin cream for over 40 years and some of the softest and smoothest skin of all of her friends.
I got this for my wife she rubs this on her legs when she gets out of the shower and her legs become very soft and smooth.
Love the scent, its not as heavy as others.
I can use their body wash, sun screen, this version (which is the only scented lotion i have ever been able to use).
Price
Love the size of this one, great deal for the price.

Several years ago my dermatologist mentioned this brand a long with a few other oct and rx that work well for people like me who have super sensitive itchy reactions to so many products
